Virtual Consultations enable access to expert care and advice in a way that has never been easier or faster and works in the same way as the more traditional face to face appointments. You will receive individualised care from expert specialists without the need to visit our hospital sites and can be accessed easily from your mobile telephone, tablet or PC/Laptop. Virtual Consultations benefit patients and clinicians alike and notably allows patients quicker access to appointments and the healthcare advice you need, reduces the need to reorganise other commitments such as book time off work, arrange childcare etc, with added benefit of reducing impact to the environment/carbon footprint associated with travel, parking and associated costs.
As a concept, Virtual Consultations are now widely used as a considered and progressive tool in Healthcare and typically enjoys a positive experience for both patients and Clinicians. Our Patients describe the Virtual Consultations as easy to use assisted by a Virtual Receptionist, appointments are made quickly, run smoothly and benefit from a point of contact if necessary.
