Give Yourself Peace of Mind For The Year Ahead
Date: 14/12/2017
The 1st of January is a great day to wipe the slate clean, drop the bad habits and indulgences of the past year and make positive changes to our lifestyles. This usually includes cutting down on alcohol, swapping the chocolates for fruit, and promising yourself you’ll take the stairs instead of the lift. Sound familiar?
These are all fantastic resolutions to stick with, but we’re promoting an even more thorough way to make sure your body is the healthiest it can be: Health Screening. A Health Screening is a full body check that gives you the peace of mind and knowledge you need to start the year in the best way possible.
It detects diseases which do not provide warning signs. These include the silent killers such as heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and cancers.
We offer three packages that cover everything - but even with our most basic essential package you will receive a physical exam, BMI test, height and weight measurement, blood pressure and pulse check, urine analysis, resting ECG, lung function tests and a lifestyle questionnaire.
After the screening you will receive a personalised medical report and, during the consultation, you are offered practical advice on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. If there are any issues that arise during your health screening, then you are in a position to take action immediately.
You can start the year with peace of mind or with a professionally advised action plan to improve your health.
To promote a healthy a new year for you we are offering a 5% discount on all of our health screen services when booked before 01st February.
Health screening sessions can be easily arranged by calling 01843 234569. Appointments will be quickly confirmed in writing.
