Background Information

Jen joined Spencer Private Hospitals Limited in July 2017 as the Customer Services Manager at our Margate site and has developed in her roles since. Jen moved into the role of Head of Customer Delivery in 2021 and then onto Project Management in 2023 and in December 2024 has been appointed as Head of Commercial and Customer Services. 

Jen is qualified in people management, customer services, project management, health and safety and is our TRiM Practitioner. Jen is also a Freedom To Speak Up Guardian and links in with the NHS to provide support to our colleagues. 

Jen is responsible for all marketing and social media for the company as well as managing corporate projects across the organisation.

Jen also heads up our Customer Services Team that consists of our patient Bookings Team, Ophthalmology Team, Private Medical Secretary Team, Reception Teams and Telephonists.
