Geoff Bailey

CEO

Geoff worked in the global pharmaceutical industry for 30 years with GSK Plc and Bayer AG. 20 of those years were as an expatriate in Dubai, Manila, Bangkok and Berlin. More recently, Geoff was Managing Director of the Nuffield Hospital in Brighton and Managing Director of the Sancta Maria Hospital in Swansea.

Background Information

Geoff was born in Canada but went to school in Brighton which is where he and his wife Rose live. Together they have four children who are a constant source of fun. Outside of work Geoff follows a number of sports particularly rugby and cricket, plays golf and is a keen photographer.

Geoff joined Spencer Private Hospitals in November 2022.
