Background Information

Deborah started at Spencer Private Hospitals Limited in June 2019 as the Deputy HR Manager and has been in HR for over 30 years.

Deborah completed her Level 7 Advanced Certificate in Human Resources in September 2022.

It’s Deborah's role to ensure the HR and Learning & Development Department continually support our employees and company alike from a strategic approach. 

Deborah became an Mental Health First Aider in December 2023, as both roles (HR and Mental Health First Aider) are linked and work together simultaneously to ensure our employees' mental health and well-being are always cared for.
