Background Information

Alex joined Spencer Private Hospitals in August 2020, stepping into the Senior Management Team (SMT) role during the unprecedented challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. With a career spanning local government regulation, charities, and financial services, he brings an understanding of complex regulatory landscapes and digital transformation to our SMT.

Specialising in the intersection of digital innovation and compliance, Alex oversees our Digital and Information Governance departments as well as acting as the Lead for Risk Management. As a qualified Data Protection Practitioner and our Deputy SIRO, Alex is passionate in maintaining the high standards of corporate governance that our patients and partners expect.
