Annual Leave
25 days annual leave entitlement (pro-rata), plus 8 bank holidays, which increases with length of service.
In addition to this, once a year for a period of six weeks between January and February, employees can purchase up to a total of 10 working days additional leave (two working weeks) for full-time staff or pro-rata for part-time staff.
Parking
Certain roles may enjoy the benefit of a Trust parking permit.
Salary Enhancements
- Hours between 8 pm and 7.30 am during the week are paid at time and 30% of your basic salary rate.
- Hours worked any time on a Saturday are paid at time and 30% of your basic salary rate.
- Hours worked on a Sunday or a Bank Holidays are paid at time and 60% of your basic salary rate. This benefit does not apply to Senior Management.
Long Service
We recognise our long-serving employees by rewarding them with annual leave. After 5 years of continuous service employees can enjoy an additional two days annual leave, with that raising to an additional three days after 10 years of service.

Staff are eligible to join the online Blue Light Card scheme which provides a discount service for the Emergency Services, NHS and Armed Forces.
